Compute one physics without changing another

I am modeling a laminar two-phase flow with some transport of diluted species.
Between each computation, I change some parameters in the transport of diluted species but I do not change anything in the laminar two-phase flow, so only the results from the transport of diluted species may change.
Is there a way to compute only the transport of diluted species physics with the laminar two-phase flow that has been computed previously?
Thanks!
Axel
