A problem of "Material Contents"

While trying to learn the example of Acoustic-Structure Interaction, I am getting a problem.
I do it myself. At the Add Material window, I select Aluminum 3003-H18. After that at the Material Contents, there is a property which is Speed of sound. This property does not in the example of Acoustic-Structure Interaction, and I don't know how to remove it.
