Describing flow in fracture in porous media

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi everybody,

I am studying how to model the flow in fracture in porous media.

I want to describe 2 physical phenomena:
1. Fracture flow ( I am using Darcy' law interface under Porous media and Subsurface Flow)
2. Flow across the boundary of fracture (leak-off phenomena) (I still have no idea how to set up boundary of this).

I am using comsol 4.2

How can I describe 2 phenomena above, especially 2 ?
I hope this question makes sense!
Many thanks for reading. Im very interested to see what you guys say about this.
Any idea will be always appreciated.

Thanks for helping
