blood pressure as boundary load

How can i apply blood pressure as boundary load bacause it has two values(say 120/80) as systolic and diastolic.
one possible solution i can give cardiac cycle as input but i am nt able to understand how can i give that because for different values of time, it will have different pressure. please reply.
