What is the best way of meshing a comb shaped capacitor with small dimensions

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I would like to simulate couple of comb shaped capacitors with different number of fingers each time.
The capacitor is placed on the top of a 1mm hydrogel layer.

For meshing, sometimes the Physics-Defined do the job. However, many times it causes me troubles and shows up errors even after increasing the fineness.

I would like to ask for recommendations or insights on the best way for meshing this structure.

My comsol model file is attached.
