Aortic valve simulation

I'm a beginner and i'm trying to familiarize myself with comsol. I'm looking for someone that help me to understand if is possible to perform dynimic mechanical simulation. I'll try to explain better what i would to do:
I have to test several prosthesis cardicac valves in order to understand what is the best among them (in terms of mechanical properties, etc). MY PROBLEM IS:
Is it possible to simulate the whole cardiac cycle including the step of opening, closing and the intermediates of the valve ? or for each simulation I have to change the valve's structure by myself?
ps: I'm building a 3D valve model with rhinoceros.
