Scale of dependent variables

When I run my simulation and look into the log under the time dependent solver, I found the following:

Time-dependent solver (BDF)
Number of degrees of freedom solved for: 7927 (plus 1444 internal DOFs).
Nonsymmetric matrix found.
Scales for dependent variables:
Dependent variable cPdt (comp1.cPdt): 1
Dependent variable cP (comp2.cP): 0.13
Dependent variable cB (comp3.cB): 4.8e-006
Symmetric matrices found.
Scales for dependent variables:
Dependent variable Rc (comp1.Rc): 1
Symmetric matrices found.
Scales for dependent variables:
Material coordinates (Geometry) (comp1.xyz): 1
Nonsymmetric matrix found.

I would like to know the significance of dependent variables not being in the same scale

Any documentation or explanation is appreciated

Thanks
