InGaAs layer model

Hello,

I'm a new user and I wounder if it is possible to simulate InGaAs layer. It does not appear in the library and

even if I will create a new material ( I dont know yet how to do it), it is still need to enter some constants

like jain roulston coefficients etc.

Does anyone know how to do it?
