Imposing a Neumann boundary condition in the electrostatics module

This might be the simplest of questions, but I'm struggling to find how I could imposed a Neumann boundary condition (normal derivative of electrostatic potential = 0) on certain walls of my 2D domain.
Could anyone please help?
