Initial boundary

Hi all,

I am doing a heat transfer model. The first step is to calculate a initial ground temperature distribution (x, y, T). And then set this result to initial boundary conditions in the next step computation. Could you tell me how to set initial values? I was trying to use interpolation function, data source from "file", while how to set the "number of arguments ".
