How to do needle insertion

Hi,
I try to create the model of needle insertion into tissue to measure the force versus velocity of insertion. I am new to Comsol and it would be nice if someone could point out where to start, something like which physic and study should I choose? How can I prescribe velocity of needle? Some example would be nice.

I mean the needle penetrate the tissue. I only can find example kind of indentation.
