volume intergation of velocity

I have defined variables SPF.Q (intop1(u)) for getting flow rate which is m^3/s but i am getting m^4/s .I don't know why because integration of velocity gives flow rate but i am not getting flow rate .
can you please suggest the error i have done
I also want know what parameter obtains when surface integration of velocity is done
and also what parameter obtains when volume integration of velocity is done .
I know surface integration of velocity is flow rate but i am not getting the correct answer instead volume integration of velocity matches my answer.
Please suggest me the error i have done
