Hey all,

I'm trying to define a tem. profile for freezing and thawing analysis. Can anyone help me to write an equation to define the temp profile that attached here, and what type of function needs to be used in this application.

You must create a piecewise function. Attached my suggestion, someone may get an easier way, I believe.
