Failed to generate mesh for face

I am trying to build a mesh on this wind turbine. However, I am facing many issues.
Messages similar to this keep appearing.


A problem occurred when building mesh feature 'Free Tetrahedral 1'.
Failed to generate mesh for face.
- Face: 156
Intersecting edge elements.
- Edge: 312,316,322,323,327,328

Does anyone have an idea how I might be able to fix this?
