convent a 2D semiconductor model to a 3D, but always error, need help

I been trying to convent a standard 2D semiconductor diode model from the model library to a 3D.
However, it always shows error:
Segregated solver steps do not involve all components
headache for days!
need help.
any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
