solar radiation in a 2d axisymmetric model

Dear all,

I have built a glazen tube (2d axisymmetric) and I want that to introduce some solar radiation, so just from one site. In 3D it is quite easy to use the sun, but how can I do it in 2d axi? Anybody has an idea?
