Low-temperature (

Hi, I'm currently playing with the semiconductor module with the end-goal of simulating silicon quantum dot devices at cryogenic temperatures (4 K and lower). At the moment I'm looking at the MOSFET application library example to see what effects temperature has on the results. However, the solution does not converge below 100 K. Could anyone shed some light on what might cause this? I suppose there are some issues with Fermi distributions blowing up. Thanks!
