What physics to use to include Electrothermal flow in the model?

I am working on a non-linear model of a device which deals with fluid flow and electrostatics. I want to include Electrothermal force (ETF) and study its impact on the fluid's velocity in the system.

What physics is it covered under in 5.2a?

One way is to couple the electrostatics and fluid flow physics and add the Electrothermal forces as a body force to the fluid.
