Photonic cavity heating

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I am studying the heating process (and heat dissipation) in a photonic cavity.
I started by putting a constant heat source, in a stationary study, which I then modulate in time domain, starting from the results of the stationary solution. No problem until then.

I want my heating source to be the specific resonant optical mode of the cavity. I am able to get this mode in an eigenfrequency step, but I am then unable to use it as a heat source, even when using the electromagnetic heat source section in the Mutiphysics node..

If any of you has an idea about this, I would be very grateful.

Regards,
Jeremie
