Problem meshing the geometry: intersecting mesh elements

I have a problem wtih my geometry. I have created a random dispersion of ellipsoid in a cube with the Application Builder in Comsol. Some of these ellispoid are intersecting between them, but it's normal, I want that . The problem is when I want to create the mesh. I can't build the mesh because this error appears :
"A problem occurred when building mesh feature 'Free Tetrahedral 1'.
Failed to generate mesh for domain.
Intersecting face elements."
Is there a solution to fix that ?
