Time Stepping

As obvious from thread name, I am struggling to customize the time stepping in Time dependent Solver. Why does the Comsol give me a solution even at Time 0 (post processing mode). ?

Is there anyway that I can customize the time step such that my solutions are '0' at Time '0' and then discretized following user time increments (not Comsol automatic increments)

After reading forum and documentation etc, I have already tried changing the setting (Study ---- > Time dependent Solver --> Time Stepping ) but it did not help achieving my goal.

Suggestions please ?
