fail in computation of a simple heat exchanger

I am new to COMSOL. I am designing a simple pipe in pipe heat exchanger wher co2 flows in the inner pipe due to heat gain from the outer pipe where hot water flows. I have given the bcs as:
co2 inlet pressure
water inlet mass flow rate
co2 outlet pressure
water outlet pressure for turbulent flow.
However it is unable to compute. can anyone help me in this regards, please?
