Defining Material

Hi I want to know how can I define other materials other than water in COMSOL? I define water for my work, but, when I want to define sodium chloride(NaCl) it could not find it? Does anybody can help me how can I define other materials(e.g. polymeric materials)? I really need help.

Adding your own materials and storing them for use in future models in a custom library is easy. See the chapter entitled "Materials" and in particular its section entitled "User-Defined Materials and Libraries" in the Reference Manual for COMSOL Multiphysics 5.3, page 599 and following. All manuals are accessed through File > Help > Documentation.
Your mention of polymeric materials could mean that you are interested in hyperelastic material behavior, in which case you will want to have the Nonlinear Structural Materials Module: https://www.comsol.com/nonlinear-structural-materials-module Best, Jeff
