Defining an extra gradient term in pde mode

I have a doubt about how to define an extra gradient term in PDE mode of 3.5 version.Can anyone explain me about this. Exampe: In bioheat transfer equation I want to add an extra grad term which is temperature dependent function.

Kindly advise. Many thanks for your time
