How to Echo Model Variables Back to the User?

Take a look at the screenshot below, and you can see that I've set up a model to look at transmission through a custom material in which I have used the Interpolation function to define complex Permittivity and Permeability, which I read in from text files.

These complex values, in turn, I take from the interpolated dataset using a global variable "freq". Like so:

As you can see in the plot title from the first screenshot, the program has read in the 1 GHz "freq" correctly. What I need is:

1) how do I echo back to myself what COMSOL is reading in for my interpolated material values --i.e. er(freq), ei(freq), ur(freq) and ui(freq)? 2) how do I write these derived values to the title of my plots?
