How to bend a planar 3D structure

Hi,

I am computing the capacitance of a interdigitated (IDE) metallic structure onto a flexible substrate. I have initially built a planar 3D structure. Please let me know how the substrate (and the IDE) can be bend to compute the capacitance in no planar condition.
