Cantilever beam

I am working on a cantilever beam. I would like the beam to provide only the torsion mode and want to fix it that way. I may need to change the dimensions of the beam to get the desired torsional frequency. That means it will not provide any displacement to other directions, only rotate and will give the torsional mode even after applying an external force. I have tried the prescribed displacement. But it is fixing the beam and i am not getting the desired mode. Please i need help in this regard.
