How can I change the plot axis numbering to display full values rather than 10^x?

Shown in the image, I have a 1d plot group of SPL against frequency. Frequency is on a logarithmic scale on the x axis and labelled 10^0, 10^1, 10^2 etc. How can I change this so the axis is labelled with full values - ie. 0, 10, 100, 1000 etc?
