Can I change the group speed at wavenumber? [Dispersion Curves for a Fluid-Filled Elastic Pipe ,Application ID: 53431 ]

Hi, I saw the example comsol : ' Application ID : 53431 ' ' Dispersionsion-filled Elastic Pipe '. But the final result, the dispersion curve, is wavenumber - frequency plot. What should I do to change for the group velocity - frequency plot? ....how to convert wavenumver to velocity....

Figure 1 is the result of the comsol example and Figure 2 is the result I want. Is this possible? If possible, what part of that example should I change?
