Dynamic grid simulation of valve core motion of a solenoid valve

Hello, I have some questions about my model. My model is a dynamic grid simulation of valve core motion of a solenoid valve. The valve core is moved by the electromagnetics force. So I want to add two displacement limit conditions, making it movement only in the displacement limit 0~0.2mm.
So how should I set the conditions to limit the displacement arrangements?
