Stand alone app and link between app and model

Hi, I'm building an application for my model. In the application I've given the option to enter a location of a notepad file the model uses to interpolate the specific heat data. Now, I'm getting an error(image attached) for a model which I haven't solved in COMSOL. I wanted to ask if there's a link between the COMSOL model and the application. For the other specific heat data I had prepared models and the app works fine for those.
Note: I had changed one of the folders' names in the location used previously while building the .mph file and while opening the app file it says failed to load interpolation data. Is it connected? Can I not make a stand-alone app?
