How to calculate the area of each triangle for integration propose

Hi,

I am using free Triangular mesh, and need to determine the area of each corresponding triangle for integration propose. I have tried to use average h_i(mesh element size), but it looks like it is not exact solution. Can you please let me know how I can calculate the area of each triangle within Triangular mesh?
