Is there any way for my software client to access an App on a COMSOL server？

Besides embedding a COMSOL Server App web page into my software, is there any other way to use COMSOL Server App from another software? Is there any http interfaces?
Fot example, a customized App has been loaded on my COMSOL Server, I want to send the model shape and parameters into it from a .NET software but not from webpage, and get the result of both image and physics field data. So that I can integrate simulation into my process.
Am I too greedy？ :)
