Pipe module compatibility with 3_D CFD heat transfer module

I have been trying to simulate a non-isothermal mixing tank which is continuously introducing two different fluids from a long winding pipes. The pipe module (which is a 1-d model) with 3D CFD works with isothermal fluid but in my system fluids are at different temperature. How to connect two scale of models for non-isothermal system. Any thoughts ?
