Space Charge Density

Dear All members

I have a system consisting of Electrodes in a box which filled with air. I did my simulation in 2D.

I want to know what is the option "Space charge density" in the subdomain setting.
I have 4 subdomains consisting of electrodes, substrate, and the air in the box. Anybody have an idea about what should I choose as a value for this space charge density?
