segragated solver

using the segregated solver I can set up several tolerance factors. How do they work? I don't can see it clearly.
I have a relative tolerance in the first study step. Let me say 0.01 (1%). There is a segrageted solver with a tolerance factor 1 and two groups (p,u/c1,c2). I want to terminate solving each group with a smaller tolerance because of mass balance errors, so I set up tolerance factors of each group to "0.1". Is this right for realizing a stronger iteration of each group and a "more soft" termination critrion of the outer iterations of the segrgated solver? On the log I'm not able to see clearly what happens.
"Tolerance factor (not available when Termination technique is set to Iterations). Use this edit field to modify the tolerance used for termination of the segregated iterations. The actual tolerance used is this factor times the value specified in the Relative tolerance edit field in the General sections of the Stationary Solver and Time-Dependent Solver nodes."
What are your experiences?
Best regards
Michael
