how to assign a tangential force on a parallelepiped's surface

I'd like to know how to assign a tangential force on a parallelepiped's surface. I had assigned a normal force using the command nx in x direction and selected the right surface , but I don't Know how to do with tangential forces (I mean Fixed Constraint)

The tangential vectors are t1 and t2. See this thread and the links therein for more information.
