Different results for pressure drop between COMSOL3.5 and COMSOL 4.2

Hi,

I am simulating the water flow in a pipe with a 2D axisymmetric model. I have a numerical result for the pressure obtained in COMSOL3.5. When I simulate the same problem with the same boundary conditions, mesh, initial values, solvers, etc. I have another value for the pressure that is approximately three times the value obtained with COMSOL3.5.
When I open the file of the COMSOL3.5 and run in COMSOL4.2 without change anything I have a result close to the result obtained when I simulate the problem with the file made in COMSOL4.2.

Someone can help me?

Carla

Hi

those are interesting issues, but I believe you would get better replies directly from "support".

But pls do not hesitte to report back, it is greatly of interest for users too ;)
