Activate Heat Flux - Time-Dependent

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

Hey, I used Version 5.4 for a time-dependent thermal stress simulation in a 2D-space. In this version I used the Activation-Node for the physics 'Solid Mechanics', where I activated a few layer in time. In the physics 'Heat Transfer in Solids' I used the feature 'Heat Flux'. Is it possible to model the Heat Flux time-dependent? When a new layer is activated, the boundary for the Heat Flux should change to another. An idea is, that you have many Heat Flux function, and activate them only for a few seconds.

Can anybody help please?
