How to Define Poisson Boltzmann equation in Cylindrical coordinates

Hi, I want to define poisson Boltzmann equation in cylindrical coordinates in comsol, can some one please help me. The equation is dsqrU/dRsqr + (1/R)*dU/dR + dsqr U/dZsqr = (kh)^2 * sinh(U)
