Issues with boundaries

Hi all,
This is my first post on here, so thank you in advance for the help. I'm having an issue running a simulation that involves two separate flow streams: both water and air.
The air is simply flowing around a heated water pipe to model convection losses. However, I'm unable to assign the heat inflow or outflow for the water or air streams. I'm also unable to assign the laminar flow inlet and outlet for the air. It says "Not Applicable" for all of the selections.
I'd greatly appreciate any advice you may have, as I'm very new to the program. Thank you again.
