hwo to set up contact resistance with different ACDC physics?

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

could you help me with a modle of metal-semiconductor interface contact resistance and bounary condition?

usually, in COMSOL, the contact impedance is defined in one physical case which is usually ACDC-> electric current. But for semiconductor device, when I want to involve the contact resistance which is important for all those high current device, the two part metal and semiconductor is described by different physics model, metal shuold be electric current, semiconductor should be electrostatics and diluted species transport.
in this case, the contact resistance happened at the interface of two or three different physics case. is there any way to model this with COMSOL ?

thanks
