how to set a Dirichelt boundary condition that has a functional form

1. A coefficient form of PDE that depends on two variables c and phi.
2. wanted to set the Dirichlet boundary condition phi=f(c) in which f is a function.

It seems that I should click the radiobutton of Dirichlet boundary condition and set h=1 and r=f(c) and terms g and q should not matter. However, I found it gave different solutions for different values of g and q.

Does anyone know how to set this Dirichlet boundary condition correct? Thanks a lot.
