Transient eddy current analysis, how to update excitation current density?

The PDE, which I want solve is as follows
▽×(1/μ▽×A)-▽(1/μ▽·A)+σ(dA/dt+▽Φ)=J_e (1)
▽·(σ(dA/dt+▽Φ))=0 (2)
A=(Ax, Ay, Az), Φ is electric scalar potential.
The right hand side of PDE(1), Je, is the excitation current density, which is known function varying with time and space.
I don't know how to update the Je at every time step after I choose time-dependent solver.
What is the strategy to fix this problem?
Another question is, how to save the solution of every time step to the disk files?
Thank you!
Best regards!
