Why are my results when plotting pn the y-axis lower then on the x axis? (Electric field)

Hi,
I am modelling an inhalator and looking at the electric field strength. I have built the geometry and assigned the boundary conditions etc. When I plot the results I see an repeating inconsistency in the results. The field strenght in my needles on the y axis(x=0) are lower then my field strenght in the needles on the x axis (y=0) however the symstem is symmetric. So I expect the values to be all the same. Can someone help me out ??!
