I'm interested in the transmission line parameter calculator model on the official website and try to understand all the settings in it. However, I found that when the frequency exceeds 100GHz, transmission line (coplanar waveguide model) loss will appear catastrophe point, which is not consistent with the results that I think. So I want to know the reason that apper the phenomenon. Who can tell me the reason that appear the reason? Thank you very much!
