Building Materials and HAM transfer

Hi,
I have question regarding simulation in HAM module. I made 1D wall structure with one layer, and I defined all neccessary properties. My outdoor temperature is 10C and indoor 20, as well as RH for outdoor is 90% and indoor 50%. What interest me is why when computing the study on the graph for eaither heat or moisutre transfer curve never starts from initial temperature or RH, it is always little bit up or down. Same can be seen on other graphs available on COMSOL platform. It looks like boundary conditions are not defined very well or they are defined somewhere "inside" the COMSOL?
