Temperature Profile in Pouch Cell

Hello Everyone!
I am trying to model Li- ion battery in COMSOL. However, I have not been able to figure out how we can obtain distributed temperature profile in Li- ion pouch Cell. Also, how can we calculate heat generation for Current Collector Tabs, Current Collector ,Cathode,Separator and Anode? Is this why we get varying temperature profile?
And how can we enter parameters that is function of temperature and concentration?
