Hi all,
I am attempting to create a model of a microfluidic device that consists of a co-flow of two miscible fluids (one viscoelastic fluid and another sample fluid containing spherical particles approx 5um in diameter). The goal is to obtain velocity profiles of the co-flow, as well as a time-based model to simulate and track the motion of particles within the co-flow.
The problem is that the "Multiphase Flow" -> "Two-Phase Flow" modules in COMSOL Multiphysics are used to model two immiscible fluids where as my model requires the co-flow of two miscible fluids.
Could anyone please advise as to which modules would be best to create such a model?
Kind Regards, Dan
