forced convection over a rotating cylinder

Hi to all,

I am trying solve a problem where a hot rotating cylinder is cooled by an incident air jet. I am having problems with rotating the cylinder and making the air jet localized instead of an uniform crossflow.

Can anyone plzzz help..
